Meet Our Doctor

Dr. Morgan Zwickel combines her passion for creating aesthetic smiles and a love of working with patients of all ages at Sandy Smiles Orthodontics. Her treatment approach is designed to not only perfect your smile, but improve your overall wellbeing and quality of life.

Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Dr. Zwickel moved to Lexington, KY to attend the University of Kentucky and later the LECOM School of Dental Medicine in Bradenton, Florida. While in dental school, Dr. Zwickel met her husband, Dr. Joe Zwickel, a fellow dentist. Dr. Zwickel then was selected into the highly competitive Masters Program in Orthodontics at the Seton Hill University Center for Orthodontics in Greensburg, PA.

As a fourth generation oral healthcare provider Dr. Morgan Zwickel is carrying on her family’s dental legacy. She is most inspired by her grandfather and father, both dentists, to help people achieve healthy, beautiful smiles.

Meet Our Staff

Kay Pendergraph has been the Laboratory Technician at Neale Orthodontics since 2001. She is originally from the Phillipines and moved to the United States with her husband, Dave. They have 3 wonderful children, Raymond, Angela, and Jason—all alumni of the BEAUTIFUL SMILES CLUB. Kay enjoys cooking, Zumba, and spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter Lilly.

Karen Aldrich joined Neale Orthodontics in 2014 after moving to the Emerald Coast from Missouri. She has been a Certified Orthodondtic Assistant for over 16. She loves to watch patients reaction when they see their new smile at the removal of the appliances. Karen and her husband Phil have one son Ishmel and 2 dogs, Nadia and Moosie. She loves the beach, fishing, paddle boarding and enjoys living on the best beaches in the world.

Growing up in nearby Andalusia, Alabama, Deborah always knew she wanted to live in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. She and her husband moved to the area in 2010. Deborah has over 15 years experience as a front office coordinator in orthodontics. She truly loves getting to know each and every patient family and the exciting atmosphere. When she is away from the office, she enjoys playing golf, kayaking, and spending time with her family and friends.
